1 Payment Terms

Our payments terms are 30 days nett for approved accounts. All first orders for new accounts are on a proforma basis.

2 Customer Ownership

Ownership of the goods does not pass from Gilmartins until the goods are paid for in full.

3 Claims

No claim for delivery shortages or damages in transit entertained unless reported in writing to us within

4 Returns

In general, we cannot accept return of goods for credit, where such goods have been supplied as per order. However, we agree to return goods a handling charge apply and delivery cost.

5 Samples

Samples are only supplied on a sale or return basis.

6 Products
